Hi, I'm Wendy Kosalko!
I was born and raised in San Diego and spent some time living in North Carolina and Texas before my family made the move to Tucson in 1994. I officially moved here in 2002, and Tucson has truly become home. I love the lifestyle, the people, and the endless sunshine (even if summer sends us to the pool for a bit!).
I spent 30 years working in the medical field, where helping people through important moments in their lives was part of my everyday work. That passion for helping others never left me, and it naturally led me into real estate. My husband and I have invested in real estate over the years, and becoming an agent felt like the perfect next chapter—doing something I enjoy while helping others build their future.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying arts and crafts, hiking with friends, or going on long bike rides with my husband. Tucson's weather makes outdoor living easy most of the year, which is one of the many reasons I love calling this place home.
